The HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program combines Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance with case management and clinical services provided by the VA. This program is designed to help homeless veterans achieve permanent housing.
We work directly with the VA to help eligible veterans apply for and access HUD-VASH vouchers.
Our veteran services are available to all honorably discharged veterans, regardless of branch of service, era of service, or discharge status.
Veterans with an honorable or general discharge status qualify for most services.
Veterans with other than dishonorable discharges may also qualify for many programs.

Veterans struggling with food access can receive emergency food assistance.
Veterans with medical conditions or disabilities that affect housing stability.
Veterans recently separated from service or transitioning from military to civilian life.
